St. Charles Rehabilitation
In her role as a physiatrist in the Speciality Care Center, Dr. Semel treats patients with medically complex needs, such those living with neurological conditions like cerebral palsy and Muscular Dystrophy. She also provides on-going medical rehabilitation care to adults and children who have been discharged from acute rehabilitation programs and need continued medical care for their new prothetic limb, brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, or other life-altering condition. In addition, Dr. Semel sees patients in the Center's Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Care Center, which is the only MDA Care Center on Long Island dedicated to serving both adults and children living with Muscular Dystrophy and other neuromuscular conditions.

ThinkSMART!™ Concussion Management Program
In her role as a physiatrist at the Speciality Care Center, Dr. Gray assesses patients who suspect concussion and treats patients who have been diagnosed with this common traumatic brain injury. She also see patients in the Center's MMDA Care Center, which is the only Muscular Dystrophy Association Care Center on Long Island dedicated to treating both adults and children living with Muscular Dystrophy and other neuromuscular conditions.
