Healthy Lifestyle Workshop

In a group setting you will:
- Identify and set health goals for yourself
- Create an exercise plan you can manage
- Learn stress management techniques
- Find ways to improve communication with your doctors
- Make informed treatment decisions
- Manage your medications better
This workshop is ideal for anyone who wants to take charge of their health or those who struggle with diabetes, COPD, arthritis, high cholesterol, weight, hypertension and more.
