  • Earned first place for the 2013 Physicians’ Reciprocal Insurance Patient Safety Award
  • For the fourth consecutive year, named a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures™ by The Joint Commission—and, in 2014, 1 of only 147 hospitals nationwide to achieve this distinction

  • In 2012, St. Charles was among just 405 hospitals nationwide to be recognized by The Joint Commission for attaining and sustaining excellence in accountability measure performance; the data as of June 2014 indicates a compliance tracking rate of 99.7% for St. Charles, with the majority of core measure performance either above the target range or achieving the best possible results.
