The workshop, entitled Stepping On, is a CDC model program.

The classes are free of charge and will be held at the Rose Caracappa Senior Citizens Cultural and Wellness Center, 739 Route 25A, Mt. Sinai, beginning Tuesday, June 9. Classes will be held every Tuesday through July 21.
